I’m a wife, mom of three, podcaster, and life coach with a background in psychology and neuroscience.
And for years, I was stuck too.
I was trapped in cycles of binge eating, rigid food rules, and self-blame. I chased perfection. I lost weight. I gained it back. I followed all the “right” advice.
But no matter how hard I tried, nothing ever felt truly sustainable.
Then something clicked.
I wasn’t broken.The methods I kept trying weren’t built for long-term success.
My body wasn’t fighting me, it was protecting me.
Doing exactly what it was designed to do.
That realization sent me deep into the science of behavior, metabolism, and weight regulation.
From that research, and from my own recovery, I created Set Point Science™.
