Hi, I'm Cheri.

I’m a wife, mom of three, podcaster, life coach, psychology grad student, YouTuber...

—and for years, I was stuck, too.

Stuck in a cycle of extreme binge eating, food rules, and self-blame. I chased perfection. I lost weight. I gained weight. I followed all the “right” advice.

But no matter how hard I tried, nothing ever felt sustainable.

Then something clicked.

It wasn’t that I was broken. It was that the methods I kept trying weren’t built for long-term success.

My body wasn’t fighting me—it was protecting me. Doing exactly what it was designed to do.

That realization sent me deep into the science of behavior, metabolism, and weight regulation.
